Equilibrium Architecture is a full service architecture firm located close to Breckenridge in Fairplay, Colorado.  Fairplay is an historic mining/frontier town located in Park County, Colorado.  The South Park region (as it is commonly referred to) is also rich with ranching and railroad history.  Park County is home to many other historic towns such as Alma, Como, Jefferson, Bailey, Hartsel, Guffey, and Shawnee as well as many ghost towns such as Montgomery, Dudley, and Buckskin Joe. The area contains many buildings that are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. 

Equilibrium Architecture 

serves the entire state of Colorado and will provide architectural services for commercial, residential and historic preservation projects anywhere in the state.  We currently have projects under way or pending in Park, Summit, Teller, Routt, Chaffee, and Eagle counties.  The towns of Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, Vail, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Leadville, Steamboat Springs, Buena Vista, and Salida (and everything in between) are in our local area.  We have just moved into our new location on historic Front Street in Fairplay.  It is an 1870's building located between the Hand Hotel and Windy Ridge at 523 Front Street.
