Equilibrium Architecture provides full architectural services for virtually all types of projects.  We specialize in both residential and light commercial design as well as historic preservation in all of its various phases.  This includes remodels and/or additions to any existing building.

Many projects require that we address and resolve any planning issues that may arise.  This means that as a client, if you have any zoning questions or problems, or any other issues with your proposed use, we here at EA have a great deal of experience in working with the appropriate planning department to resolve any land use questions and help assist with the most appropriate and sensitive solution to any project.

The main focus of our work here is in the architectural design and generation of construction drawings for all of the projects that we are privileged enough to be involved with.  Typically, once your construction drawings are complete, any home owner can take the drawings that we have generated and obtain both bids for construction as well as use these completed drawings to have their dream home (or whatever the building may be) built from start to finish.  Generally, our assistance is not required during the bidding/contract negotiation phase with your general contractors, but we are always available to assist with obtaining bids for construction.  Will’s experience as a lead carpenter also makes his knowledge valuable during the construction phase should the owner desire any Construction Administration from EA.
