Commercial Projects
South Park Bowl, Bowling Alley, Bar and Grill, Fairplay, CO
The long anticipated Bowling Alley in Fairplay is scheduled to start this spring and planning to be open mid August. It will have 8 lanes to start, with plans already being made to expand in the near futue.
Labesky Mortgage Offices, Alma, CO
Labesky Mortgage in Alma will be remodelling and adding three offices to their space on Main Street in Alma.

Will was also architect for an addition to the fire station in Divide, CO. Completed in 2005.
Will gained much of his experience with commercial projects while acting as Project Manager and Project Architect for Matthew Stais Architects in Breckenridge, CO. While working for Stais Architects, Will was project manager and designer for the Der Steiermark building in Breckenridge (Mi Casa Restaurant, Blue River Sports, and Mountain Wave) as well as Project Manager and Project Architect for Grand Timber Lodge Buildings 7 & 8 in Breckenridge. Will also designed the Pavilion at Grand Timber Lodge.
Historic Preservation Projects
Old Park County Courthouse, Fairplay, CO
Will acted as Project Manager and Project Architect for both the roof rehabilitation project as well as the front porch rehabilitation project on the 1870's Courthouse in Fairplay, CO while working for Matthew Stais Architects. He also worked on the Robert Whyte House historic preservation project in Breckenridge, CO. Working closely with the State Historic Fund, The Park County Historical Society, and the Park County Historic Preservation Advisory Comission (PCHPAC), all of these projects have been a success. Since founding Equilibrium Architecture, Will has been awarded the Glen Isle Historic Structure Assessment project as well as the Guffey Intensive Survey project. We are very excited to be moving our offfices into a historic 1870's building on Front Street in Fairplay, CO. Look for us at 523 Front Street in Fairplay, right at the starting line of the Burro Race during Burro days in Fairplay.
